FAQ

Approximately how long is the shelf life of the products?
  • The "Best Consumed" information shown on the website indicate the number of days from the date of manufacture to the best consumed by date. Consequently, given that we require a certain number of days for post-manufacture quality assurance and internal distribution/sales, the number of days remaining at the time of purchase may be shorter than the number of days indicated on the website. Please confirm the best consumed by dates of the individual items and consume accordingly.

  • "Best Consumed" figures have been set, pursuant to the laws of Japan, on the basis of "bacteriological testing," They indicate the timeframe in which the product's quality and taste will be sufficiently maintained, provided, however, that it has been stored in accordance with specified methods. Therefore, even if a product has gone past its best consumed by date, it does not automatically become unfit for consumption.
Do the products indicate information on allergies?

Information on allergies, including information on the 7 items designated as specified raw materials requiring mandatory labeling and the 20 items designed as specified raw materials requiring recommended labeling pursuant to the Food Sanitation Act of Japan, is indicated on each product.
