Extra Large Yokan Yoru no Ume: Night Plum (Whole azuki beans)

When sliced, the azuki beans in the yokan evoke the glimmer of white plum blossoms in the dark night and their drifting scents. Its name dates back to 1694, and it was first recognized as a yokan in 1819 in Toraya’s archival documents. It is currently one of Toraya’s most popular products.
